Where does Castor Oil come from?
Castor oil comes from the castor bean plant, ricinus communis, also known as “palma christi”. In ancient times the use of castor oil has been noted as a medicinal in historical records in Egypt, Persia, India, China, Africa, Greece, Rome, Southern Europe, and the Americas. Many commonly know it for its laxative effect when taken orally, however, ANION BLENDS ARE NOT TO BE USED ORALLY AND ARE INTENDED FOR TOPICAL USE ONLY.
How is it applied?
